我們實驗室的宗旨是要藉由各種技術開發，提昇學生研究創新能力。研究領域大致可區分為:
1. 多媒體信號處理
2. 計算攝影及顯示技術
3. 音樂資訊探勘
基本學理包括機器學習、視覺科學、影像處理、電腦聽覺、資料科學、情感運算及通訊網路，而研究成果力求學術與實用價值兼備。
Research Summary:
The mission of our lab is to develop cutting-edge technology for real-world problems and to give students world-class training in research. Our research projects are related to computational photography and display, big data, music recommendation, music emotion recognition, and content delivery. The foundation of our research includes machine learning, vision science, image processing, computer audition, data science, affective computing, and communication networks.
