研究領域摘要:

主要研究為高效能及新穎顯示科技, 光電元件, 光學, 有機光電半導體及元件,透明氧化物導體與半導體, 奈米科技等。應用的訴求主要包括顯示器、光電系統, 軟性透明電子、能源科技等。此外我們亦從事光學, 光電材料及半導體,奈米科技等之基礎物性研究。並經常與校內外及產業進行跨領域之密切合作。

Research Summary:

Dr. Chung-chih Wu conducts researches on high-performance and novel display technologies, optoelectronics, optics, organic optoelectronic materials and devices, transparent oxide conductors and semiconductors, nano science and technologies.  Device studies include light-emitting diodes (LEDs), thin-film transistors (TFTs), thin-film/nano optic devices, oriented for applications in large-area electro-optical systems such as displays, flexible electronics, and renewable/sustainable energies etc.  Studies are also carried out on basic physics of optics, optoelectronic materials and nano science.  Close and interdisciplinary collaboration with university colleagues and inustries is also a feature of our research.
