王勝德教授的研究方向包括:嵌入式系統(Embedded  Systems)、雲端計算、深度學習模型設計與最佳化、以及物聯網資料分析。嵌入式系統的研究主題包含省電的軟硬體共同設計,嵌入式Linux作業系統的應用等;雲端計算目的在研究網際網路 (Internet) 上的計算系統與儲存系統,提供安全可延展的服務。深度學習模型優化和設計的方法包括使用神經架構搜索 (NAS) 和模型修剪。

 

 

Research Summary:

The main research interests of Professor Sheng-De Wang are on the design and analysis of embedded systems, cloud computing, Optimization and Refinements of Deep Learning Models,  and IoT Data Analysis. Research topics on embedded systems include power-aware hardware/software codesign and applications of embedded Linux operating systems. Cloud computing tries to virtualize the resources of computing and storage in the Internet such that it can provide secure and scalable services. Approaches of Deep Learning Models Optimization and Design include using Neural Architecture Search (NAS) and Model Pruning.
